Step One for Church Groups: Begin promoting the Gloryfest 2008 Conference and enlist as many as possible. As you enlist your attendees, fill out your rooming list. As people pre-register with you or (sign up to come), send us their name and their $25.00 registration fee. We will send them a "Welcome" Letter and a receipt for the $25.00. Step Two for Church Groups: Balance for each person should be sent by September 1st. If we are getting close to our maximum number of 600 before September 1st, we will contact you so you can give opportunity for your people to register in time to be included. If people come to you after September 1st and still express a desire to attend Gloryfest 2008 please call us on our toll free number and if there is space available we will certainly accommodate them. NOTE: To individuals, couples, private groups -- Please follow the above procedure as it applies to you. * We will need for you to fill out a room list even if it's only one person, etc. Thanks so much. We can hardly wait to see you! * If your people plan to take advantage of the delicious breakfast buffet on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings, please include $9.00 per meal or $18.00 total. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS As you know, when we commit to take a certain number of rooms in the hotel, they hold us responsible. If anyone who has reserved a room cancels after a certain date, guess what: We have to pay for that room. So, if any person cancels after September 15th, their money is not refundable. We keep it and use it to pay for that room. If someone else steps up and takes that room this will, of course, allow us to refund the money to the person who had to cancel because the new attendee will be paying.
